My name is Shanai and In 2019, I was a disability support worker just starting to explore the lash extension industry. With zero industry and business knowledge, I began this journey to earn extra money.

Without a clear plan, I started taking on lash clients, embracing the business space, and learning what it takes to build a successful lash extension business. I focused on serving customers and building my own clientele.With the personal and business success we experienced very early from joining the lash extension industry and offering full-time services, our vision expanded.

We began to shift our focus on how we could help others join this incredibly empowering industry. Drawing from our own journey and industry experience, we started to develop our own curriculum to guide and support aspiring lash artists.

My partner, now husband, Joel, joined me with a vision that continues to empower us today. We decided to dedicate 100% of our energy to this venture, understanding that to achieve success, we needed to have a clear goal and a strong commitment to our mission.

In 2024, we have successfully trained over 500 students both online and in-salon through our comprehensive programs, continuing our mission with relentless drive to help others succeed in the lash extension industry.
