    Correct way to pick up fans: 
    When using our pre-made fans, it is important to pick them up correctly, pinch the base of the fan with your tweezers & pull towards you to ensure you do not damage or break part the fan.

    Please note we have recently changed the design of our trays and you may receive some of our old stock in the white trays. The quality of the lashes remain exactly the same! 

    Shipping & Pick Up

    Same day pick up

    To be eligible for same day pick up all orders must be placed before 2 pm. Orders will be collected from our shop in Arndell park.

    Select the “pick up” option at check out and you will receive a notification via sms and email to confirm when your order is ready for collection.

    We hope you love your new items just as much as we do! However, we have a Returns Policy in place if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

    We have a 30 day refund period from the day of purchase for a full refund. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

    Please note, sale items cannot be returned.

    Lash extension liquids are excluded from our returns policy & cannot be returned for quality control reasons.
